Fitness provides so many benefits: good health, energy, weight loss, self-confidence and vitality. Regular exercise improves balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, bone density and cardio health. Too often, health and fitness are not a regular part of the curriculum for those with special needs. Our exercise classes provide a social outlet for the students to hang out with their friends and make new friends in a safe and healthy environment.
